Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assisting City Staff as may be required in the review of construction plans, studies, and final plat to ensure compliance with Federal, State, County, Logan City, and Utah APWA codes and regulations. ▪ Attending and leading pre-construction meetings with contractors and developers to give direction on the requirements of construction. ▪ Assisting City Staff in providing construction inspections, developing punch list items, and providing final approvals once projects are constructed in accordance with the approved plans. ▪ Assisting City Staff resolving construction related issues that develop during the construction process. ▪ Assisting City Staff in calculating financial assurance requirements, calculating water dedication requirements, and calculating chip seal cost requirements. ▪ Assisting City Staff in performing right of way and easement dedications and vacations
