Specifications include, but are not limited to: All painting services are on an “as required” basis per the specifications outlined herein. 6.2 Rates shall include all cost associated with providing the services outlined herein to Tennessee Tech including, but not limited to: travel, meals, lodging, tools, overhead, and equipment, unless explicitly provided for otherwise herein. 6.3 Preparation • Areas that are black with mildew, pressure wash to remove mildew. • Sand, scrape, etc. to remove all cracked and/or loose paint. • Sand area to blend rough edges to a smooth finish. • Fill all nail holes, cracks, etc. • Caulk all areas “as needed” Product • Apply oil-based primer as base for latex coat finish coat. • Apply 2 coats of latex finish coat (gloss sheen) – finish paint to have mildew additive in every gallon of paint. Exterior areas of the building to be painted • All soffit areas • All entry doors • All columns that are on the buildings • All porch ceilings • All dormers
