All Work shall be performed in compliance with the latest edition of all applicable Codes, including, but not limited to, the Florida Building Code (2020 Edition), the Town of Davie Land Development Code, the Town of Davie Code of Ordinances, and the Broward County Code of Ordinances. All Work shall meet or exceed the standards of the industry for workmanship. The Fleet Maintenance Garage Square Footage is as follows: Existing ±18,702 SF; Demolition ± 3,320 SF; Expansion ± 5,512 SF; Note: The Bid includes two Additive Alternates: Additive Alternate #1: Proposed a new IT/Server Room and related improvements. Additive Alternate #2: Proposed additional roofing at existing to remain portion of the building.
