Specifically, create a detailed template for O&M plans for an AWP facility focused on the following areas (This template will contain generic information and set minimum standards/expectations). Operations Plan Template 4.1.2.1. Operations of treatment processes of AWP Facilities and their description, process flow schematic, identification of critical control points, identification of each alarm, and on-line analyzers, overview of plant and equipment. 4.1.2.2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each treatment unit which shall provide clear instructions for operational staff to cover the full range of operational tasks that are performed at each AWP facility. These contain step by step instructions on how to operate the plant effectively and safely to achieve the required outcomes. 4.1.2.3. Identification and description of Critical Control Points for pathogen control and description of the actions when it triggers. 4.1.2.4. Maintenance requirements and schedule per manufacturer’s recommendation
