Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Department of Juvenile Justice. The project consists of studying the various Juvenile Detention Centers and recommending security upgrades for each facility. Upgrades include doors, walls, desks, and water management systems. Provide bid documents and construction administration. The consultant team shall include, at a minimum, the following professional design Disciplines/Expertise. Disciplines/Expertise may reside in one or multiple persons/firms. The consultant team may include other expertise in additional to that listed below. • Architect • Mechanical Engineer • Electrical Engineer • Structural Engineer
