Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Garments. The Contractor shall provide rental and laundering of industrial work shirts and industrial work pants garments, in the various range of sizes, for the individual male and female City employees. Each City employee shall receive a minimum of eleven (11) sets, with each set consisting of one (1) industrial work shirt and one (1) industrial work pants. Each City employee shall have one (1) set for immediate wearing, with a supply of five (5) sets on hand and have an equal number of sets to replace them with the next pickup for laundering. B. Industrial Work Shirt. The rental and laundering of industrial work shirts shall be charged to the City in accordance with the price listed in the Appendix C: Pricing/Certifications Item 1, Rent and Launder Industrial Work Shirt. This price does not include the furnishing and affixing of the shirt patches and employee name. The Contractor shall provide industrial work shirts that meets the following minimum specifications. 1. Brand/Model Red Kap SY60NV or approved substitute. 2. Style: Short sleeve, straight hem or modified to “aloha cut” length (no tails) style. 3. Size Availability: Adult, Men’s Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL. Equivalent sizes for adult women shall also be available. 4. Color: Navy 5. Material: 65% polyester and 35% cotton. 6. Other: Minimum 4.25 oz. poplin weave. Two (2) button through hex style pockets and having angled bartacks (bartacked pencil stall in left pocket). Stitched down front facing with button closure. Convertible two-piece collar with stays, separate two-piece yoke. C. Industrial Work Pants. The rental and laundering of industrial work pants shall be charged to the City in accordance with the price listed in the Appendix C: Pricing/Certifications Item 2, Rent and Launder Industrial Work Pants. The Contractor shall provide industrial work pants that meets the following minimum specifications. 1. Brand/Model Red Kap PT88NV or approved substitute. 2. Style: Cargo 3. Size: 29-56 Equivalent sizes for adult men and women shall be available. 4. Color: Navy 5. Material: 65% polyester and 35% cotton 6. Other: Minimum 8 oz. twill. Heavy-duty brass ratcheting zipper, button closure. Two (2) slack style front pockets. Two (2) set-in hip pockets, left has button closure. Darts over hip pocket. Innerlined waistband for body and shape.
