Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The anticipated term of a resultant contract will be for one year, without the opportunity for extensions. The anticipated start date is September 24, 2023 with the anticipated end date of September 23, 2024. B. The Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism has attempted to give an estimated amount of probable purchase to be made during the term of the contract. The Department may elect to order more or less than the quantity indicated. Estimated quantities are based on previous usage history. C. The Prospective Contractor shall remove wastewater and wastewater sludge from DeGray Lake Resort State Park located at 2027 State Park Entrance Road, Bismarck, AR 71929. D. The Prospective Contractor shall bid on price per gallon of wastewater and wastewater sludge, hauled to an Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (AEDQ) approved permitted facility. E. The Prospective Contractor shall use, at a minimum of a 3,200-gallon truck and shall be able to pump from an above ground wastewater plant(s) and/or lift station(s) at DeGray Lake Resort State Park.
