Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall furnish and install new electrical distribution equipment and controls serving the Pier 15.5 terminal. Equipment is located in the electrical building. The existing motor control center (MCC) shall be replaced with individual wall-mounted motor starters. Existing control circuits to MCC shall be reconnected to new motor starters. Include accessories, contacts, control power transformers, and other options, as required to duplicate existing control functions using new motor starters. Replace other components, including transformers and panelboards, as indicated on drawings. The scope of work includes replacement of the existing electrical service disconnect and service conductors. Submit required Seattle City Light (SCL) application and documentation for replacement of service disconnect and installation of new service conductors as shown on plans. Schedule and coordinate with SCL as necessary to complete the work.
