Specifications include, but are not limited to: Disconnect, remove and haul off existing boiler - Furnish and install new, natural gas fired, condensing boiler - Furnish and install all pumps and piping required for turn-key operation - Furnish and install all gas and electrical connections required for turn-key operation - Furnish and install all venting required for turn-key operation - Insulate piping as required - Furnish and install all shutoffs and safeties in accordance with manufacturers specifications and applicable codes - Make all necessary connections to building automation system - Perform factory specified start up service - Maintain a neat, orderly jobsite during work and clean up all associated debris upon completion - Contractor to provide project management, pull any required permits, coordinate timing and access with owner
