Specifications include, but are not limited to: This proposal is for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) of electrical contractor services to perform service repair work in support of NPU’s power restoration operations following a large storm or other emergency. Requested support includes but is not limited to: • Emergency storm response services includes but is not limited to labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, and/or replacement of damaged electrical single-phase and three-phase services for NPU customers up to and including 480V. • For overhead services, NPU will provide all material to the weather head. • Contractor is responsible for all permits and inspections required for work from the weather head connections to customer panels. • Contractor shall respond to emergency requests within 1 hour and have personnel on site to start work within 2 hours of receipt of request.
