Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) This project shall address the following areas of the park: a) The shoulders of all roads within the park boundaries to 50-feet of road centerline on each side or within the previously mowed areas, whichever is less. b) All mowed portions of the park not associated with roads, to include, but not limited to, public areas and campgrounds. c) All areas within 100-feet of any park structure, including residences. d) Golf course, with special care to reduce damage to turf. 2) The contractor shall chip all tree debris that is 15-inch diameter and under. Chipped debris may be directly cast into the woods if it does not remain within the area to be cleared. 3) The contractor shall not place any debris outside of the areas of work to avoid chipping as addressed within this scoped work. 4) The contractor shall cut (as necessary), transport, and stack any wood larger than 15- inch diameter located within these areas to a designated central location. Logs should be cut suitable for future use as lumber. Logs not suitable for lumber use shall be removed from the park. 5) The contractor shall be responsible for grinding all stumps to below ground surface, to include any exposed roots, within the mowed areas of the park to include both recent storm damage and any historical stumps. This also includes all stumps within the campground and both group camp areas.
