Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roof Replacement: • Stage the whole building • Remove all dormer siding & trim (rotting) • Remove all shingles & dispose • Full roof ice & water shield o Front Entrance Roof as well • Full roof with Architectural Shingles o Front Entrance Roof as well • New siding & trim on dormers • Repair rotting crown molding • Prime & Finish coating on all the trim & siding (2 coats) o From Entrance Trim as well Entrance Repair/Replacement: • Foundation will need to be assessed for repair or replacement (if necessary) • At roof intersection of facia & soffit, proper flashing • Brick wall intersection, proper flashing (Step flashing and kick out flashing) • Interior Floor rebuilt and door rehung for proper operation.
