Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of office furniture and public spaces furniture as indicated on the bid proposal form. Furnish all items of equipment listed herein. Include delivery to the Public Library, unpacking, setting in place, leveling and scribing to walls and floors, clean-up and dumping as required. Provide catalog cuts or other descriptive materials including written maintenance information for each item to demonstrate equivalent quality of previous purchases. One company shall manufacture all furniture to allow for the matching of finishes, furniture, and finish durability. Furniture shall be of similar color and style to existing styles as seen at the pre-bid walkthrough. All desks equipped with a rising desk shall be able to program preset levels. Proposals shall include layout plans and list of furniture for each office suite. Remove all debris, dirt, and rubbish accumulated as a result of this installation and leave the premises clean and ready for use. Bidder shall be responsible for cleanup and removal of all shipping and packing materials. Bidder shall be solely responsible for removing their own waste and for providing their own dumpsters as required.
