All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4 ft x 6 ft Grey Mats 160 EA; 3 ft x 10 ft Grey Mats 90 EA; Replacement cost for 4 x 6 Mat; Replacement cost for 3 x 10 Mat; Delivery shall be every other week, unless otherwise specified by the Division of Purchases. Mats shall be easily cleaned with either vacuum or broom for daily maintenance. Mats shall be replaced when worn, stained, threadbare, faded or in any way deemed unsafe. Quantities of mats are minimum estimates. If it is determined later that the commonwealth requires more mats, unit prices for additional mats will be as reflected in the final contract. Addition of mats or any other services after the contract is created shall be requested only by the buyer of record after receiving a request for modification of the contract from the requesting office. Approval for the additional request shall only be valid after the amended contract has been issued.
