Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. PROGRAM REVIEW. The program review will outline the proposed engagement to include didactic educational sessions, case reviews and work group meetings with recommended participants around key topics to deliver specific and actionable recommendations in the three areas of focus: SCT, CTL and CAR-T. The Program Review may be conducted in a hybrid matter (virtual as well as onsite, in person sessions), however, on site, in person session is preferred, and shall include such tasks as: A. Initial Planning Meeting. This initial planning meeting should involve senior and project leadership to outline work group meeting schedules, topics, and participates to provide clear direction for this engagement. B. Kick-off Meeting. This Kick-off Meeting should include the entire UNMCCC and Offeror’s professional consultants to outline overall scope of services and the overall project plan for a successful engagement. C. Coding, Billing and Medicare National Coverage Determination (NCD) Education. This education should provide a foundational approach with detail discussions in each working group. D. Case Review. This case review shall be of performed STC cases. The performed cases shall include governmental and non-government payers, autologous, allogeneic unrelated and allogeneic related transplants. The intention is identify gaps in current processes and to make best practice recommendations of documentation, coding, charge description master (CDM), contracting, and other purchased clinical services. E. Overall Current Process Review and Assessment. For each working group, there shall be a discussion of current processes and work flows to enable an opportunity to ask questions and be provided clarification on outstanding items. This assessment shall then garner the recommended best practices. Such working group shall be, but not limited to, patient access and registration, patient financial clearance, clinical orders and documentation, CDM and pricing, charge capture, billing, financial/cost reporting, HIM coding and managed care contracting. F. Project Wrap-up. The project wrap-up shall be represented by the Offeror summarizing and presenting a final report of findings, observations, decisions, recommendations for best practices.
