Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construct 17 Temporary Beach Berms from the existing sand on the beach as shown in the plan set, and as specified in these specifications. beach berms shall be constructed along the beach above the high tide line between Haverhill Ave and "C" street. with the existing beach sand. THe berms shall be spaced 40 feet away from the wall and parallel to each other, and approximately 40 degree angle from the wall. Each berm shall be approximately; 100 feet in length, 16 feet wide and 6 feet in height The berms shall be spaced Approximately 125 feet apart. Berms shall be laid out so that a clear line of sight and pathway from from the stairwell access points and ramps to the ocean are maintained.
