Specifications include, but are not limited to: Three (3) 95' diameter secondary clarifiers with outward concrete troughs, 2' - 0" wide. The clarifier tank ID's are 101' - 0". The plan sheet is M-31, 1974; One (1) 100' diameter secondary clarifier with inward concrete troughs, 2' - 0" wide. The clarifier tank ID is 100' - 0". The plan sheet is M-25, 1992; For all four (4) clarifiers, the overflow weir diameter is 95' - 0" and they have scum baffles; The aluminum panels weights approximately eleven (11) lb each; Shall have stainless-steel support brackets; Shall have a locking rod system to keep panels in place; The panels shall be easily removed; There shall be easy inspection access to weirs and landers with "T" handle and locking rods; SCOPE - The work specified in this section includes furnishing and installing a new fully engineered, surface-mounted aluminum and stainless steel clarifier launder covers structure as shown on the attached plans as specified herein. The Contractor shall field verify dimensional data for each clarifier.
