Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1.Contractor is able to supply electrical motors on an as needed basis. Items must be new. Equivalent items will be accepted on approval from department. Substitution items must function identically as those items listed. 4.1.2.Contractor shall provide a minimum of one (1) year warranty for any and all electrical motors supplied. 4.1.3.Contractor shall provide manufacturer and models listed within five (5) business days of request for items listed on Electrical Motors 50HP or less Bid Exhibit A. 4.1.4.Longer lead time for special order motors can be approved on a case-by-case basis. 4.1.5.County will not accept used equipment or parts. 4.1.6.No items, parts, or services shall be performed without receiving approval and Delivery Order (DO). 4.1.7.Items should be free of damage. Damaged items will be returned to the Contractor and replacement items will be delivered at no additional cost to the County. Damaged items will be immediately brought to the attention of the Contractor. 4.1.8.Contractor is responsible for all damaged items, except to the extent caused by County’s negligence. 4.1.9.Contractor will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays caused beyond Contractor's control, provided prompt notice of delay as soon as Contractor has knowledge of said delays. 4.1.10. Contractor will utilize premium freight method at no additional cost to County, unless previously negotiated with Department. 4.1.11. Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (RWRD) shall on a “as required basis”, by issue of Delivery Order (DO) or Delivery Order Maximo (DOM), via email, order electrical motors from Exhibit A: Electrical Motors 50 HP or Less Bid List. (1 page). 4.1.12. Contractor may be asked to provide the County a quote for motors not included on Exhibit A and return a quote for the cost of the electric motor to the County department within twenty-four (24) hours. The estimate shall include a lead time, part number(s), description(s), cost(s), and discount(s). Once, at a mutually agreed upon price, County shall issue a DO or DOM via email to the Contractor.
