Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Solicitation is to maximize and expedite the development of the open space owned by MDHA adjacent to Centennial Park, and provide a core & shell office structure to the MDHA,while also increasing the supply of quality affordable housing, for the residents of Davidson County.MDHA’sis seeking to contract with a qualified co-developer(s) that will bring the knowledge and experience of their organization to enter a “full service” agreement where the selected firm will handle everything from start to finish for demolishing, where applicable, constructing new market rate andaffordable housing, and operating the new facilities.
