Specifications include, but are not limited to: s the removal and disposal of existing asphalt cart path, sub-base, and base course material excavated from the location described below and replaced with untreated base course, granular barrow, and hot mix asphalt as specified. The width of the new asphalt cart path is 7 feet and is between #14 tee and #15 tee. Cart path to include a constructed 6-inch-wide concrete mow strip with a tapered edge. Mow strip to be constructed on the left-side (golf course side) of the cart path. Area 1: Begins at the shoulder of Golf Course Road (1000 South) as shown on the attached plan and includes a tintersection to Area 3. This path includes a 6-inch-wide concrete mow strip on the left side edge (golf course side) of the asphalt cart path. The path is approximately 600 linear feet. Excavated material including existing asphalt to be removed and disposed by Contractor. Area 2 (Bid Alternate): A short section that crosses a ditch in the #15 fairway as shown on the attached plan. Area 3 (Bid Alternate): Begins at the end of #18 green and connects to Area 1 as shown on the attached plan.
