Specifications include, but are not limited to: Agency will do pre-employment screening to determine the applicant’s suitability for Regulatory Specialist employment with Agency. As part of the hiring process, Contractor shall provide two phases of psychological evaluation which are Phase (1) Contractor shall develop a pre-psychological questionnaire for applicant; Phase (2) review completed questionnaire and conduct a one-on-one psychological evaluation examination with applicant. The one-on-one psychological evaluation may be done through a video examination. Upon completion of the written questionnaire and one-on-one psychological evaluation of an applicant, Contractor will be required to provide Agency with a written advisory report that indicates whether the applicant is qualified or unqualified for Regulatory Specialist employment with Agency.
