Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Rangeley (“Town”) is seeking competitive proposals for banking services that include various deposits, disbursements, and safekeeping of public funds. The Town’s goal is to achieve an optimum banking relationship which includes accurate and timely depository services, account maintenance services, maximum utilization of idle funds, capability of the organization to respond to the Town’s needs, and to accomplish these goals at the lowest reasonable cost. t shall be the general policy of the Town of Rangeley to pool available funds and invest these funds in accordance with federal and state statutes. The investment policy applies to all financial assets of the Town of Rangeley. These funds are accounted for in the Towns financial reports and include all funds: • General Fund • Special Revenue • Capital Project • Trust Funds • Any new fund created by Board of Selectmen, unless specifically exempt.
