Specifications include, but are not limited to: This document is a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for Real Estate Brokerage Services for the City and County of Honolulu (“City”) Department of Land Management (“DLM”). DLM is the primary City department responsible for the review and negotiation of any acquisition of real estate. The City is seeking proposals from licensed real estate brokers and brokerage firms ("Brokers") with experience in providing commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services to users on large-scale commercial purchase transactions. The selected Broker(s) will assist the City with the identification, analysis, potential acquisition, negotiation, and acquisition of real property within the City for the purpose of furthering the City’s operations and functions. This could include acquisitions to support staffing requirements, programming initiatives, and to increase the affordable housing inventory.
