Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Bisbee is seeking proposals from qualified architects duly registered in the State of Arizona by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration to provide architectural services to master-plan Camp Naco’s 17-acre site as well as preserve and rehabilitate its 20 adobe buildings for multiple community uses in compliance with local, state and federal preservation and code requirements. The successful proposer shall accomplish the following tasks: 1. Review and compile previous building condition assessments, land title surveys, archaeological surveys, legal and regulatory parameters, environmental variables, etc. (in collaboration with archaeological services consultant hired by City of Bisbee) 2. Develop a comprehensive facility program for activities to be housed in Camp Naco’s buildings and open spaces, as informed by previous community input and future facilitated meetings with Camp Naco’s stakeholder and advisory groups as well as City of Bisbee staff and Naco Heritage Alliance Board. 3. Develop comprehensive master plan for Camp Naco’s 17-acre site that identifies utilities infrastructure, parking, site circulation, landscape features, recreational use, rainwater management, universal design accessibility, etc. as well as a phasing plan for implementation
