Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Manchester, Department of Public Works, Facilities Division is seeking professional services for future building envelope, roofing and engineering services on an “on-call”, as–needed basis for City structures. The Facilities Division is responsible for approximately 88 City of Manchester structures of estimated 3,000,000 + Sq. /Ft. The typical scope of services includes; thorough review of existing conditions and material content of the roofs and exterior envelopes (facades/windows/waterproofing), design development, schedule, construction documents, bidding, contract administration, construction phase inspection and close out to assure compliance with construction documents. We may also ask for engineering on structural projects if required.
