Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) was formed pursuant to Section 325 of the FY 1998 Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, P.L. 105-83, for the purpose of managing the programs and services previously provided by the Indian Health Service Alaska Area Office and the Alaska Native Medical Center in Alaska. ANTHC administers the program for planning, design, and construction of Alaska primary care facilities and sanitation facilities. The role of ANTHC’s Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is to provide effective enterprise-level Portfolio, Program, and Project Management services across the organization. As part of this role they provide project intake and vetting services for all enterprise-level projects to ensure that projects are categorized, prioritized, aligned with strategic goals, and set up for success. They also provide coaching, standardization, and access to project management tools. As projects move into execution, the EPMO tracks the status and health of enterprise-level projects, monitors resource use, and provides assistance, as necessary, to help project managers meet project goals, produce acceptable deliverables, and drive projects to proper closure 2.
