Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply and deliver food and beverages for the Salt Lake City Gallivan Center Ice Rink concession. A. Vendor's Personnel. 1. Vendor shall provide sufficient personnel to accomplish the required services as scheduled. All personnel shall be skilled in the various tasks assigned to them. B. Vendor warrants that products furnished conform to the requirements specified and are of good merchantable quality and suitable for the purpose intended. C. Ordering Any and all products delivered shall be only the exact products as requested by the Agency unless prior approval has been received in writing by the deliverer from a list of pre-approved substitutions. Substitutions are not allowed without prior approval. D. Vendor shall deliver food and beverages for Gallivan Center on “as needed” basis E. Pricing shall include all delivery charges (FOB Destination). F. Delivery Delivery lead-time after receipt of order shall be seven days or less after receipt of order. G. Orders shall be delivered to the Gallivan Center Ice Rink at 50 East 200 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 by 10:00 AM. H. Vendor shall provide certain food and beverages for the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City’s (RDA’s) Ice Rink .
