Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is issuing this RFP in the hopes of awarding multiple contracts to ensure availability and coverage of services throughout the State. Court Reporting Services Offeror must be willing to provide court reporting services throughout the State, and, if necessary, travel to hearings, depositions or other proceedings throughout the State. Offeror must comply with UCA R25-7 (Travel-Related Reimbursements for State Employees). Any travel requiring reimbursements must be pre-authorized by the Eligible User. Transcription Services Offerors must be willing to receive recorded hearing transcripts from organizations across the state, transcribe them, and return them to the organization requesting services with agreed upon levels of accuracy and by agreed upon deadlines.
