Specifications include, but are not limited to: Product 1: Base Daily Quantity (BDQ) gas, 2,000 Dth/day, for a 3 year to 5-year term. Product 2: December and February Supplemental Delivered Gas Supply, 2,000 Dth/day and up to 4,000 Dth/day, respectively, for a term up to 5 years. Certified Gas Price Adder: All supplies are requested with an option to provide Certified Gas as further described later in the RFP. Product 3: Asset Management Agreement (AMA) and Balancing Daily Volumes (BDV), for a 1 or 2-year term. Product 4: Interstate Natural Gas Transmission Capacity or Long-Term Delivered Natural Gas Supplies; Product 5: Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Projects: Any projects that would (i) deliver RNG directly to Mesa’s natural gas distribution territory or (ii) deliver RNG to a pipeline that can deliver physical RNG supplies to Mesa or (iii) a project that does not physically deliver RNG supplies to Mesa, but can otherwise facilitate the exchange of value for RNG supplies.
