Specifications include, but are not limited to: At a minimum, the Job Order Contractor will be expected to furnish all labor, equipment and materials required for an emergency or priority repair, rehabilitation or replacement of sanitary sewer mains, sewer manholes/structures, sewer service laterals, lift stations, and odor control stations as needed throughout the wastewater collection system and successfully perform the following construction services, including but not limited to: Respond to the designated location within one and one-half (1-1/2) hours after initial notification unless otherwise indicated. Provide traffic control, including off-duty police officers. Excavation Repair and/or replace 8-inch diameter to 90-inch diameter sanitary sewer lines and force mains. Shoring trenches in accordance with all applicable occupational safety regulations. Backfill and provide temporary and/or permanent pavement replacement. Bypass pumping. New construction, repair or replacement of manholes, vaults, etc. Work in confined spaces, vaults, or shored excavations. Disposal, clean-up, and restoration of job sites
