Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Mechanical Contractor’s responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to providing new gas fired unit heaters, electric unit heaters, electric baseboard radiation, and associated controls, venting, intake, gas piping, condensate piping, neutralizers, condensate pumps, and equipment support of all proposed equipment. This includes providing an electrical sub-consultant for all power based on Section 26000 Performance Specification and a general contractor as needed for removing sections of windows and patching and painting to allow for adequate venting of gas fired appliances. The Mechanical and Electrical Systems designs shall conform to the requirements of this performance specification and with all applicable local, state, federal codes and standards and all other requirements indicated in above Section 1.3.
