Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services from Latino Network will be utilized for a School Based-Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment and Services (SB-SBIRT) program in Clackamas County Schools, specifically Gladstone School District, and Intervention and Referral to Treatment and Services for SBIRT screened youth referred from the Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center (“JIAC”). With Clackamas County Juvenile Department (“CCJD”), Latino Network successfully implemented the first SB-SBIRT pilot program currently used in the Gladstone School District, and as such is uniquely qualified to continue the current program with CCJD. Additionally, Latino Network currently works with youth and families in their communities as our Community Diversion partner and already referring Clackamas County juvenile justice involved youth and families to necessary services and treatment, and has the necessary training to use the Juvenile Intake Assessment Center’s proprietary SBIRT to work with youth and families for referrals to treatment and services.
