Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont is interested in obtaining bids to meet the following business need(s): Development of a SaaS provided State of Vermont Sports Wagering Voluntary and Involuntary exclusion list solution, which will interface with one or more Sports Wagering Operators that the Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery (DLL) will be contracting with to provide Sports Wagering within the State of Vermont. The State of Vermont is seeking a solution that allows the public and non-voluntary exclusion list users will find easy access to a portal and instructions for adding names to the exclusion list and will be unable to place sports wagers in the State of Vermont. The State of Vermont is granted authority by the Statute to operate legalized sports betting.
