Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to procure a best-in-class managed care delivery system that advances the Commonwealth’s priorities to improve the health and wellbeing of Cardinal Care members. Selected Contractors will arrange for the provision of services for over 1.5 million eligible managed care members statewide. DMAS anticipates that it will establish contracts with up to five Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs). In addition, pending CMS approval of this approach, DMAS intends to make the Foster Care Specialty Plan an addendum to the CCMC Contract awardee that, in the agency’s opinion, has made the best Appendix I response as further described in the RFP.
