Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall pump out Agency’s sewage disposal systems at East Gorge Management Unit and dispose of septage materials derived from pumping at an approved Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) facility. Contractor shall follow all Oregon Revises Statutes 454 for Sewage Treatment and Disposal System, Maintain Sewage Disposal Service Bond and DEQ license for sewage disposal during the term of this Contract. East Gorge locations to be serviced are Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail, Koberg Beach State Recreation Area, Mayer State Park, Memaloose State Park, Seneca Fouts Memorial State Natural Area, Starvation Creek State Park, Viento State Park, and Wyeth State Recreation Area.
