Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) is soliciting quotes from qualified Contractors to provide labor, materials, and equipment, to upgrade the building control system located at 2175 University Avenue to DDC. Project Scope; • Lift and shift existing control wiring to a newer DDC system using existing control cabinet or replacement panel in place if required. • Wiring clearly labeled on controller wiring input and terminal block if used. • Sequence, submittal, O&Ms and wiring diagrams to be provided physically and digitally. • Graphics should allow novice maintenance technician to adjust set points, resets, and monitor system, without leaving the graphics. • Remote notification for critical alarms. (Freezestat, low zones, low duct pressure) • System to allow for future integration of BACNET devices and VAVs etc.. • If server is required, to be quoted separately to ensure fair bidding. • Some virtual controls may seem redundant this is due to the many unknowns, by having multiple enable points, this allows for control that is more precise in an imprecise system. • Existing sensor list is an approximation based on existing controls, and have not been fully traced/verified, should be field verified, if differences are found, note in bid so this is accounted for during bid evaluation and selection. • Replaced DDC Power supply • TCC to supply CAT45 to location.
