Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services involving post-wildfire flood mitigation infrastructure improvements within the Peaceful Way Flood Corridor in the Timberline Area. The District has engaged Civiltec Engineering, Inc. to provide the engineering design and JE Fuller to perform hydrologic modeling for the proposed systems. Concept Design Plans for the projects in Peaceful Way Flood Corridor that are in Exhibit B. The selected CMAR contractor will work with Civiltec Engineering, JE Fuller, District staff, and additional stakeholders towards a successful completion of design and construction. It is the District’s desire to engage the CMAR during the 30% - 60% design phase and it is expected that the selected firm will work closely with Civiltec Engineering.
