Specifications include, but are not limited to:Establish a Statewide Price Agreement to provide one or more reliable and authorized sources from which law enforcement officerwithin an Agency or entity can purchase ammunition to be used for target and duty purposes. Ammunition shall be new in manufacturereloaded ammunition may not be sold or purchased under this agreement. This Price Agreement may be utilized by all New Mexico state agencies, commissions, political subdivisions and local public bodies, specifically including, but not limited to, the following: New Mexico state agencies, departments, offices, divisions, boards, and commission; Institutions of higher education (e.g. state universities, regional universities, state college, community colleges, and technical colleges); Political subdivisions (e.g., counties, cities, school districts); Federally-recognized Native American Tribes located within the State of New Mexico.
