Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Planning, design, calculations, plans and specifications, construction services, and related tasks for small projects such as renovations to interior spaces, ADA modifications, exterior window and door replacements and interior finishes. • Renovation and repair design. • Building and Fire Code analysis. • Field consultation during construction. • Developing existing conditions plans showing facilities including buildings, parks, parking lots, roads, drainage, underground or overhead utilities, topography, wetlands, or other facilities as directed. • Assist the Town in identifying, preparing, submitting and managing local, State and Federal permits. • Assist the Town in the bidding and construction stages for projects, including development of final plans, project specifications, constructability reviews to determine contract duration and probable costs, engineers estimates, attending pre-bid meetings, answering Requests for Information, making recommendations concerning bid awards, attending pre-construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings and assisting with project management during the construction phase. • Construction support services to include review and approval of shop drawings, periodic progress meetings, inspections, and field consultation as necessary. • Provide surveys, As-Built, and engineering plans in PDF and CAD formats as directed by the Town. • Provide the Town with all project calculations, supporting information, photographs, correspondence or other materials associated with project development in formats as directed by the Town.
