Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHED), through the Commissioner’s Office, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to assist with promotional, marketing and public relations initiatives for a new Computer Science Educator Program associated with Chapter 200-O. The objective is to recruit individuals that are already holding eligible industry recognized credentials to receive a New Hampshire certified educator credential in the area of computer science; such individuals shall be qualified to teach in approved New Hampshire education programs. The preferred vendor would develop, execute, and implement a successful campaign designed to bring industry expertise to the students of New Hampshire through a unique partnership initiative. The vendor would create marketing and advertising materials such as a public service announcement, informational pieces, the creation of a website, 15-second video, graphics, infographics, print advertisements, creative content, social media materials and social media dissemination, coupled with the development, execution and implementation of a successful recruitment effort. The vendor should have experience with previous initiatives that consider both efficiency and effectiveness. The promotional, marketing and public relations assistance will help to promote broader computer science education in New Hampshire with the goal of preparing more students for employment opportunities in this field, which starts with more individuals, specifically industry recognized experts, pursuing credentials in the field of computer science.
