Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded respondent shall provide EAP services for the CGA and the APA for 187 legislators, approximately 565 permanent year-round staff (450 legislative and 115 auditors), 20 temporary legislative staff who work twelve months each year, approximately 100 legislative staff who work an average of four months each year, and their families (clients). The EAP services provided shall include employee assistance through evaluation, consultation, and placement of clients in appropriate programs, but shall not include treatment beyond the term outlined in the final Contract. These services shall be provided at no out-of-pocket cost to clients and shall not be eligible for insurance benefit coverage.
