Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bid Package No. 1.1 is responsible for jobsite construction office area for general trades and CM, dumpsters for general debris and portable toilets for all trades for a duration of 8 months or until the completion of the project. Office Space can be provided within the renovated area or a Trailer on the premises at Contractor’s option. Bid Package No. 1.1 is responsible for the final cleaning in accordance with Specification Section 017423 – Final Cleaning. Each Bid Package is responsible for Daily and Weekly cleanup to the dumpster of all debris caused by their work or their workers. Bid Package No. 1.1 is responsible for all Selective Demolition required on Drawings AD2.1, AD4.1, and AD10.1 or as noted elsewhere on the A-Series Drawings. Demolition and removal to Dumpsters provided by Bid Package 1.1 for other Bid Packages is that Package’s responsibility. This Bid Package specifically is required to Demo Concrete slabs and pourback as noted on AD2.1 and A2.1. Any Demo work or Excavation or Backfill required by other trades not shown on the A-Series drawings is required by that Bid Package. Any floor protection required for installation of work by this bid package is the responsibility of this Bid Package. Painting of all gas piping as required is the responsibility of this bid package. All site and building signage noted on the Drawings is the work of this Bid Package. This Bid package need to review any and all Alternates and submit pricing on the Bid Form accordingly.
