Specifications include, but are not limited to: CHFA is seeking firms to provide single-family foreclosed property maintenance and preservation services, including, but not limited to, securing property, winterization, yard maintenance, debris removal and disposal, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and such other related services for CHFA’s real estate owned (“REO”) portfolio. All services will be performed after receiving pre-approval in writing from CHFA. The contract period will be for up to three years with CHFA’s right to terminate upon issuance of written notice 30 days prior to termination. All responses must be submitted on the attached form provided by CHFA, referred to as Exhibit A. - 2 - Real estate brokerage services are not part of this RFP. CHFA will engage licensed real estate brokers directly. Qualified real estate brokers will be solicited through a separate request for proposals. However, selected firms may be requested to provide the listing broker with property access so that the broker can install a key lockbox on the REO.
