Specifications include, but are not limited to: ODOT is seeking one (1) qualified ESB contractor to furnish and install Type 2 Barbed and Woven Wire Fencing, install one (1) gate and possible removal of brush/vegetation debris along fence line. 1. On Interstate 5 in the northbound direction at MP 193.3, contractor shall install 1,100’ LF of “Type 2 Barbed and Woven Wire Fence” (from the soundwall to the bridge, straight run). The existing fence line has been removed, the new fence location will be provided by the agency prior to fence installation. 2. On Interstate 5 in the northbound direction at MP 193.5, contractor shall install 2,200’ LF of “Type 2 Barbed and Woven Wire Fence” (from the bridge north along I5 and exit 194A). This section also required the installation of a 12’ single gate per RD820. The existing fence line has been removed, the new fence and gate location will be provided by the agency prior to fence installation. 3. Incidental to the work performed of removing/installing fence, the removal of brush along fence line is necessary to install new fence. The contractor is responsible for removing the brush/vegetation debris and hauling off/disposing the materials. 4. The actual quantity included in the awarded Contract will be based on the accepted Bid price and ODOT’s available budget for this project.
