Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor shall keep the appropriate business transaction records to account for transactions and report on the revenue and check disbursements. 2. The contractor shall accept all the equipment requested to be remarketed/disposed of. The proposer cannot bid on just one type or brand of equipment. The award shall be based on an all or none basis. a. The types of equipment that will be remarketed and/or disposed of shall include but not necessarily limited to the following: 1) Computer hardware (i.e., tablets, laptops, desktops, etc. Primarily Dell and Apple) 2) Monitors 3) Speakers 4) Printers (primarily HP and Epson) 5) Scanners 6) Servers 7) Audio Visual equipment 8) Communications equipment (i.e. radios, telephones, headsets, etc.) 9) Related power cords and adapters 10) Network Devices (for those devices that the College does not get credit for returning to CISCO but still need to properly dispose of). 3. The Colleges averages 3 to 4 equipment pickups per year. Most of the equipment will be less than five (5) years of age; however, there may be some equipment over 5 years old.
