Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Demolishing existing boilers and existing components. • Remove and properly dispose of existing boilers and associated components. • Furnish and install six (6) 2,000,000 BTU Aerco Benchmark boilers (or approved equivalent). • Provide and install required wiring including any needed electrical connections and disconnections. • Provide and install primary and secondary piping of new boilers. • Connect new boilers to building management system. • Boiler pumps, water supply, and connection modifications as required. • Natural gas piping and connection modifications as required. • CSD-1 approved controls. • Furnish and install new boiler vent piping and required duct work. • Cutting and patching wall penetrations as needed. • Modification to temperature controls if needed. • Labor.
