Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant to provide a proposal for project design, construction administration and bidder assistance for this project, for the following work to take place in the Fairbanks Pioneer Home. All labor, supervision, permits and materials to remove existing flooring and replace with new commercial grade flooring. Perform Asbestos testing in accordance with state guidelines in identified areas of the facility. Provide report of findings. Prepare an abatement plan and provide cost estimates for abatement in identified areas. Consultant will ensure that all applicable local, state, and federal policies and regulations are followed. All permits will be the responsibility of the Consultant. Consultant will be responsible for disposal of any removed materials.
