All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide professional Pain Management Testing & Toxicology Services on an as requested basis to the Alaska Native Medical Center, primarily to include Urine drug testing (UDT) for objective information to assist clinicians in identifying the presence or absence of drugs or drug classes in the body and making treatment decisions. The Contractor shall provide these services in a manner that is reasonable and necessary, and in accordance with protocols that ensure these services meet applicable state and federal coverage determinations for controlled substance monitoring and drugs of abuse testing. The Contract will be administered by the Alaska Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC). All Alaska Tribal Health Organizations (THO), which consist of seven sub-regional hospitals and associated clinics, are authorized to utilize the terms of this contract. Each THO will administer its own agreement with Contractor for these services and will be responsible for all test / examination costs incurred for these services under their own contract. The Contractor is responsible for providing support and representation for all sites that fall under this agreement.
