Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the expectation of the Town that internal (Town or Board) IT staff members will generally handle basic user additions to the system and basic phone moves (IP) and a degree of basic to moderate complexity programming, but the Town and Board may elect or need to utilize the supportpartner for Move, Add, Change work. For the duration of the agreement the responsible partyshould provide pricing for service hours relating to Move, Add, Change work but also specialtywork. Examples of Move/Add/Change work include:Programming and installation of new lines (Analog, Digital, or IP)Changes to routing in the solutionCustomizations (music on hold, phone settings)Connections to paging solutions (Note: Parts/licensing if required to be billed in addition – see parts section)Addition/migration of trunks between carriers or technologies such as analog to SIP(if not covered by individual project agreement)
