Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) / Southeast Community College necessary for the renovation of the Pineville Campus (single building). The Pineville Campus is the smallest satellite campus of the Southeast Community College without major renovation. This building’s primary function is to serve the nursing students in the Pineville and Middlesboro areas. This project is to upgrade mechanical systems, lighting and electrical systems, reroofing, and related building components. Additionally, the finishes throughout the building are to be updated.
